GREGG MAZZA
Working 60+ hours per week in a 24-7 business, and running out of cash I knew that if we didn’t figure something out soon, the results would be devastating for me and my family. Despite having over 15 years of successful sales experience and an M.B.A., my business was still running me and the stress was straining my relationships. I knew the only way to fix the problem was to grow revenue and discover better ways of doing things (i.e fix myself). So I started learning from the most brilliant sales and marketing experts in the world.
After a lot of trial and error, and trying different strategies and tactics, over the next 12 months, we 5X'd our profits, built our team, and systematized things so that the business was running mostly without us while producing hefty and sustainable profits. The best part is that as we grew, we were able to really serve our clients at the highest level because we had the financial resources to invest in additional support staff.
I’ve now dedicated my life to helping home care business owners “break-through” to reach new levels of success, while realizing their true potential in an effort to help them avoid some of the painful lessons that I experienced. Faced with near financial collapse and recognizing that traditional sales methods weren't yielding consistent results, Gregg embarked on a transformative mission. He invested heavily in personal growth, learning from the brightest minds from both inside and outside of the industry. His relentless determination paid off as he increased revenue by over $1 million over the next 12 months, employed over 150 caregivers, and built a team and an agency that eventually thrived even without his direct involvement.
For those who value credentials, Gregg holds an MBA from the University of South Florida and boasts over 24 years of sales and sales management experience in service-based industries. He also held certifications as a Certified Senior Advisor and Professional Crisis Management Instructor.
In 2016, Gregg sold his home care agency and embarked on a new mission: to empower fellow home care owners to achieve their own revenue breakthroughs and create freedom in their businesses. Drawing on his wealth of experience, Gregg teaches his "Rapid Referral" Training system, a proven step-by-step process for gaining referrals in the senior care industry, and the "Home Care Recruiting Framework- 4 GAPS method" program. Additionally, he offers consulting services on organizational structure and design, establishing KPIs, recruiting systems, proven sales management, marketing strategies, and more.
