Gregg Mazza’s Story
Gregg’s journey into the home care industry was sparked by witnessing his mother’s challenges in caring for his aging grandmother. This deeply personal experience ignited a passion within him to make a difference for families facing similar struggles. In 2006, Gregg embarked on his entrepreneurial dream by opening a home care agency, only to confront the harsh realities of managing a 24/7 operation.
Faced with near financial collapse and recognizing that traditional sales methods weren’t yielding consistent results, Gregg embarked on a transformative mission. He invested heavily in personal growth, learning from the brightest minds from both inside and outside of the industry. His relentless determination paid off as he increased revenue by over $1 million over the next 12 months, employed over 150 caregivers, and built a team and an agency that eventually thrived even without his direct involvement.
For those who value credentials, Gregg holds an MBA from the University of South Florida and boasts over 24 years of sales and sales management experience in service-based industries. He also held certifications as a Certified Senior Advisor and Professional Crisis Management Instructor.
